Account Deletion from the App

At Equito, we value your privacy and provide you with the ability to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account directly from the app, follow these steps:

Log in to your account.
Navigate to the account settings.
Select the "Delete Account" option and follow the provided instructions.

Delete the Account from the App: Follow the steps detailed in the previous section.
Send a Request via Email: Send an email to contact@equito.app, indicating your name, surname, and email address. We will respond to your request within a maximum period of one (1) month from receipt.

Data Retention Period

Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected unless there is a legal or regulatory obligation requiring a longer retention period.
